Bikini Test
For this project, we were tasked with rebranding the visual identity of Bikini Test, a local concert venue with a strong character and history. Its name comes from the first nuclear tests carried out on the Bikini Atoll, as well as its own experimental spirit. The club was not always legal and had a discreet start. To reflect this underground aspect, I chose to use Morse code throughout my project. For the logo, it is simply the name Bikini Test in Morse code, arranged in a circle, evoking an explosion or a flash of light. The main colour is orange, to highlight these meanings. The rest of the identity follows the same principle, with the name of the event and the corresponding letters integrated within the first Morse signs. I chose a fairly square-shaped typeface, reminiscent of techno.
